type two Bluesky handles. crosstag pulls every post where the
first account replies and tags the second, and every post where the
second replies and tags the first — via searchPosts's
author + mentions filters, both
directions — merges them into one chronological timeline, and marks
which ones are replies (vs. a bare mention). The whole back-and-forth
of two accounts @-ing each other, in order.
